Monitoring

Know the moment a creator becomes a risk.

Most vetting reports are out of date the next day. CreatorScore checks every creator you’ve signed, every day, and alerts you with the post that changed things and why it matters.

Every new post on nine platforms, read every day, for every creator you’ve signed.

The creator keeps posting after you sign them. Monitoring keeps reading for as long as your name is next to theirs.

▸ A day of monitoring

What runs while you sleep, and when.

No vague “real-time”. This is the actual schedule, in UTC.

  • Rescores fall dueCreators scored 30 days ago get the full read again: comments, every frame, bots and pods.
  • Catch-up scanAny new post that missed its risk scan gets it now.
  • Early warnings and XTone, comments, posting and score trends checked for trouble before it breaks. X read for arguments.
  • Instagram storiesStories saved before they vanish; one deleted early is flagged, and we keep the copy.
  • X, second lookArguments and pile-ons, checked again before the evening.
  • New posts, every creatorEach creator synced once a day: only what’s new, spoken words transcribed, every post risk-scanned.
  • Alerts go outA verified critical or high finding is emailed within minutes, naming the post.

Daily monitoring reads new posts. Comments, frame-by-frame video and bot and pod checks are covered in the monthly rescore. Live streams are coming soon.

▸ Read every day

Every new post, read within a day.

Each monitored creator is synced once a day across nine platforms. Only what’s new is fetched; spoken words are transcribed on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook; every post is risk-scanned. A verified critical or high finding is emailed within minutes.

  • TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn and Kick
  • The alert names the finding, its severity and confidence, and links the post
  • Critical and high only, after a second check, so your inbox stays readable

▸ Warned before it breaks

The signs that come before the incident.

Most blow-ups have a run-up. Every morning we look at each creator’s trend, not just their posts: a change in tone, comments that argue rather than approve, findings arriving faster, a score sliding, a creator going quiet.

  • Five trend signals, checked daily at 06:00 UTC
  • A warning email names the signals and the creator
  • At most one warning a week for the same pattern

▸ When the score moves

When the score drops, you’re told why.

The whole footprint is rescored every 30 days, with the full read: comments, every frame, bots and pods. If the score falls ten points or more, or drops a band, you get an email with the before, the after and what changed.

  • 90 days of score history for every monitored creator
  • An alert when it falls 10 points or drops a band
  • At most one score email per creator per day

▸ On their own clocks

Stories and X move faster. So do we.

Instagram stories are checked every morning and saved before they disappear; one deleted early is flagged, and the copy is kept. X is read twice a day for arguments and pile-ons, because that is where they start.

  • Instagram stories saved daily at 09:30 UTC
  • X checked at 06:00 and 18:00 UTC for arguments
  • Critical events on X emailed the same run

▸ Your brand, your thresholds

Mute what your brand doesn’t care about.

A spirits brand doesn’t need an alert for every cocktail. Turn off the categories that don’t matter to you and keep the ones that do. Some never switch off.

  • Mute by category; muted findings stay in the report
  • Hate, child safety, extremism and illegal content always alert
  • A Monday digest across every monitored creator

▸ Questions

What brands ask before they switch it on.

What does CreatorScore monitoring check every day?

Each monitored creator is synced once a day across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn and Kick. Only posts that are new since the last sync are fetched, spoken words are transcribed on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and every new post is risk-scanned. Every morning the creator's trends are checked for early warning signs, X is read twice a day for arguments, and Instagram stories are saved daily. The whole footprint is rescored every 30 days.

How quickly will I hear about a problem?

A verified critical or high finding is emailed within minutes of the post being read, and every creator is read once a day. X is checked at 06:00 and 18:00 UTC, Instagram stories at 09:30 UTC, and early-warning signals at 06:00 UTC. Lower-severity findings appear in the dashboard and in the Monday digest rather than as individual emails.

What is in a monitoring alert?

A risk alert names the finding and its category, its severity and the model's confidence, quotes the post, and links straight to it and to the creator's report. A score-drop alert shows the score before and after, the band it moved between, and what changed. An early warning lists the trend signals that fired, such as a shift in tone or comments arguing rather than approving.

What is the difference between monitoring and the monthly rescore?

Monitoring reads new posts every day and alerts you to findings as they appear. The monthly rescore re-reads the whole footprint every 30 days, including comments, frame-by-frame video and bot and pod checks, and produces a fresh CreatorScore from 1 to 100. Monitoring is always sold together with the monthly rescore, so a monitored creator gets both.

Does monitoring cover live streams?

Not yet. Live-stream monitoring is paused while we rebuild it, and we would rather say so than imply it. Videos and clips a creator posts after a stream are read like any other post.

Can I stop alerts about things my brand does not care about?

Yes. In your risk preferences you can mute categories, such as alcohol or profanity, that do not matter to your brand. Muted findings still appear in every report; they just stop emailing you and stay out of the weekly digest. Hate speech, child safety, extremism and illegal content can never be muted.

How much does creator monitoring cost?

Monitoring is $9.99 per creator per month and always comes with the monthly rescore, also $9.99, so a monitored creator costs $19.98 a month. The creator needs a first CreatorScore before monitoring starts ($9.99, falling to $7.99 at volume). There are no seats and no platform fees: one creator is their whole footprint.

Should I use monitoring or a background check?

A background check is a one-off, full-history inspection before you sign someone, for $29.99, and produces a categorized brand-safety report with no score. Monitoring starts after you sign and watches what the creator posts from then on. A sensible pattern is a background check before a flagship signing, then monitoring for the length of the campaign.

Keep watching
after you sign.
