What we read, what we never do, and how to reach us

Public content and creator-authorised content only; no viewpoint scoring; every finding carries its evidence; a person answers your email.

For brands and creators · Updated October 10, 2026

What we read

Public posts, captions, comments and profile data from the platforms, and — for a Verified background check only — content the creator explicitly authorises through their own login. We never log in as anyone, never read private messages, and never buy data about people.

What we never do

  • Penalise a viewpoint, a topic, or press coverage. Scores measure conduct.
  • Show a count without the titles behind it, or a flag without its post.
  • Publish an allegation without its outcome.
  • Lower a score for missing data.
  • Give a brand a score for a single platform as if it were the creator.

Reach us

Quick questions, bug reports, a wrong account, a finding you dispute: email [email protected]. Include the creator's name or the link to the page you were on. A person reads every message, usually the same business day.
