What the CreatorScore number means

The 1–100 scale, the five tiers, and what the seven scoring agents each measure.

For brands and creators · Updated October 10, 2026

The CreatorScore is a 1–100 trust score. It is not a popularity or influence rank — a creator with 5,000 followers can outscore one with 5 million. It answers one question: how safe and how real is this creator for a brand to work with, based on what they actually publish and who actually follows them.

Tiers

  • Exceptional — 90 and above
  • Excellent — 80–89
  • Good — 70–79
  • Fair — 60–69
  • Poor — below 60

The seven agents

Seven independent analyses are weighted into the one score. Each has its own line in the report so you can see what moved the number.

  • Content Risk — hate, violence, NSFW, profanity, substances, dangerous acts in the creator's own posts, captions, transcripts and video frames.
  • Brand Safety — controversies, public feuds, legal matters and associations that could attach to a brand.
  • Sentiment — how audiences actually react in comments, and whether the tone is turning.
  • Authenticity — bot followers, bought engagement, pod activity, growth that does not look organic.
  • Audience Quality — who the followers are and whether they are real, engaged people.
  • Community Trust — FTC disclosure habits, how the creator handles their community, recommendation quality.
  • ROI Prediction — the likely campaign performance given all of the above.

What the score is not

It never penalises a viewpoint, a news story about the creator, or a topic. It scores conduct — what the creator said and did. A creator covered by the press for an opinion is not marked down for having the opinion.
